Refund policy

We stand behind every piece we make. You may request a return for an eligible purchase within 30 days of delivery. Once approved, please ship your return within 14 days of receiving return instructions. Every pen is also backed by our one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Conditions apply, including limits on fountain-pen testing and change-of-mind returns for custom or personalized items.
